Since its establishment in 1900 as Korea’s first modern training center for public officials, the Korea Post HRD Institute has played a pivotal role in nurturing talents through education, empowering postal officials to deliver top-tier postal, savings, and insurance services to the public.

Moving forward, we remain dedicated to cultivating "high-performing postal professionals" who can safeguard the future of the postal business, actively respond to changing business environments, and continue delivering "trust" closest to people’s everyday lives.

To drive AI and data-based education innovation, we will establish a self-directed AI learning ecosystem and enhance the efficiency of digital-based educational support.

Furthermore, we will prioritize field-oriented education by actively listening to voices from the ground to help resolve operational challenges in the workplacet.
